Mesa marks 'Noon Year's Eve' with celebration

A new year starts at the stroke of midnight, but in Mesa, some families celebrated early on Dec. 31 during a 'Noon Year's Eve' celebration in Downtown Mesa. FOX 10's Dominique Newland has more.
