Former Arizona prison head reportedly offered plea deal

Prosecutors in Maricopa County have reportedly offered a plea deal to Charles Ryan, the former head of the Arizona Department of Corrections, in relation to charges stemming from a standoff in January 2022 that led to his arrest. The plea deal was offered ahead of Ryan's trial in July on weapons-related charges.
