AZ organized retail theft bill gains traction
The goal of HB 2435 is to deter organized retail theft within Arizona. In 2023, Maricopa County Attorney Rachel Mitchell said her office received nearly 600 submittals for the charge of organized retail theft, and she said that number is going in thew wrong direction.
