Mobile home parks can no longer restrict AC units in AZ
Arizona Governor Katie Hobbs signed several bills into law on Tuesday, including one aimed at saving lives during our scorching summer heat. Until HB 21-46 was signed into law, mobile home parks could restrict residents from installing certain air conditioning units. This new law puts the power of AC placement in the hands of the resident not the landlord.
