The ongoing U.S. government shutdown is having an impact on people in need of food assistance, and on Oct. 30, Arizona Governor Katie Hobbs volunteered at a Phoenix area food bank, while criticizing President Donald Trump for the looming SNAP benefit cut. FOX 10's Brian Webb reports.
