U.S. winter storm affecting Sky Harbor flights

Across the U.S., more than a thousand flights have been canceled or delayed as a result of winter weather. While conditions were calmer at Phoenix Sky Harbor, the airport still had nearly 200 delayed flights, as well as 22 cancellations. FOX 10's Brian Webb has more.
