Police are releasing new surveillance images of a suspect accused of committing a bank robbery in Peoria in August.
Officers are releasing the new photographs and video from the crime in the hopes of finding the suspect. Police say the suspect entered a Chase Bank at 97th Avenue and Peoria at 4pm on Friday, August 7. They say he gave the teller a note, claiming he had a firearm and demanding cash. The suspect then took off with the money. He was last seen running through the parking lot and climbing into a gray 4-door sedan, possibly a Saturn L300.
The bank robbery suspect is described as a white man, 215 to 230 pounds, with short brown hair and graying facial hair. He was reportedly wearing a black short-sleeved t-shirt, faded blue jeans, a black baseball hat with writing on the front and running shoes in gray, blue & white colors.
