PHOENIX (FOX 10) - Police and firefighters are investigating a suspicious white powder that was found inside an envelope in a downtown Phoenix building.
According to the Phoenix Fire Department, firefighters responded to a building near Fourth Avenue and Washington Street for reports of an envelope containing an unknown white substance.
After arriving at the scene, crews evaluated a man who was exposed to the substance. He is in stable condition and was not taken to a hospital.
