Reward increased in Surprise double-murder case

SURPRISE, Ariz. (KSAZ) - A cash reward has been increased in the double-murder of two women in Surprise earlier this month.

According to Silent Witness, a $15,000 cash reward is being offered for information leading to the arrest of any suspects in the murders of Barbara Leslie and Ruth Schwed.

On Feb. 9, Surprise police responded to Leslie's home in the area of 15500 West Agua Linda Lane where they found the two women dead from gunshot wounds.

Schwed was visiting from Albuquerque, New Mexico.
