FOX 10's Ashlie Rodriguez has the latest as a hearing was held in Phoenix on Monday over a dispute regarding the voter registration of nearly 220,000 people.

Figures from an update provided by Maricopa County Recorder Stephen Richer shows more than 400,000 registered Republicans and close to 325,000 registered Democrats have returned their ballots so far.

Here's a reminder for voters with early ballots: Tuesday, Oct. 29 is the deadline to get that ballot back in the mail. If you miss that deadline, that early ballot should be brought to early voting centers or official dropboxes.
