Interim Phoenix Police Chief Michael Sullivan to be officially sworn in

Interim Phoenix Police Chief Michael Sullivan will be officially sworn in during a ceremony on Oct 28. Sullivan, who took over last month, replaces the retiring Jeri Williams.
