Arizona businesses remark on impact of semiconductor

Biden toured a Phoenix plant being completed by the Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Co. that was announced in 2020 during Donald Trump?s presidency. TSMC also announced it?s investing a total of $40 billion in Arizona, with plans to build a second plant.
