I-17 reopens following 'treacherous' winter storm

A reopened I-17 means travelers who needed to go to Flagstaff from Phoenix (and vice versa) have a small window of opportunity to do, ahead of another winter storm that could shut the interstate down once again. FOX 10's Nicole Garcia reports.
