Some say big Phoenix fire was human-caused

On June 30, a big fire in East Phoenix destroyed two homes, and damaged four others. At the time, fire officials said the fire apparently started at a palm tree that later spread to nearby vegetation, but on July 3, a person who lives in the area says the fire may have been started by another person.
