Arrests made in alleged neglect of quadriplegic man

Police have arrested people in connection with an abuse investigation involving a quadriplegic man who was allegedly dumped on the ground outside of Valleywise Hospital's Maryvale campus. FOX 10's Stephanie Bennett reports.
