Federal ruling delays trade of Oak Flat

The San Carlos Apache Tribe is welcoming a ruling by a Phoenix judge that temporarily blocks a copper mine land swap in Arizona. The ruling prevents the Trump administration from trading more than 2,000 acres of the sacred Oak Flat to Resolution Copper.
