New details on drowning of AZ TikToker's son

According to court documents, the father of Emilie Kiser's 3-year-old son was at home with their kids while she was out when the drowning happened. The father told police he was distracted for a few minutes with his infant child while the 3-year-old played outside. The father then noticed the boy floating in the water.
