Phoenix hit-and-run pursuit ends with man in custody

Police say witnesses spotted a driver slamming into multiple parked cars near 42nd St. and Almeria Rd., and when officers arrived, the suspect sped off, nearly hitting more cars and driving into oncoming traffic.
