Rafi look-alike contest held in downtown Phoenix

You've probably seen his billboards across Arizona, and it looks like personal injury lawyer Brandon Rafi has found his doppelganger! "Mastiff" was declared the winner of a Rafi look-alike contest that was held on June 25 in downtown Phoenix.
