Oak Ridge Fire grows as evacuations remain

The Navajo Nation has declared a state of emergency due to the Oak Ridge Fire, which is burning nearly 10,000 acres near St. Michaels. More than 400 fire personnel are on scene, but the flames remain only 1% contained.
