Court throws out plea deal for alleged 9/11 mastermind

A divided federal appeals court has thrown out a plea agreement for the alleged mastermind of the September 11 terror attacks. The deal would've allowed Khalid Sheikh Mohammed to plead guilty to avoid the death penalty.
