Chandler PD accuses Trigg Kiser's father of child abuse

Chandler Police have recommended child abuse charges against Brady Kiser, whose 3-year-old son, Trigg, was found in the family's backyard pool in May and died six days later. FOX 10's Brian Webb has more.
