Arizona DPS issues first Turquoise Alert | Full news conference

The Arizona Dept. of Public Safety held a news conference on the afternoon of July 24 after issuing its first-ever Turquoise Alert the day prior for a missing little girl out of Hawaii, last seen in Phoenix. She's since been found safe.
