Fire breaks out at Phoenix 4-plex apartment building

Crews battled a fire at an apartment building near 21st and Glendale Avenues. The Phoenix Fire Department says downed power lines caused a safety hazard, but no one was hurt. The fire was fueled by old furniture and trash that was piled up against the building.
