Containment drops on Billy Fire burning in Gila County

The Bill Fire sparked on July 9 in the Tonto National Forest, 15 miles south of Young. Murphy Ranch residents have been ordered to evacuate. The fire has burned over 3,000 acres. Containment on the fire has dropped to 46%.
