Lawmaker: AZ murders 'could have been avoided'

Following the deaths of three children in Arizona, lawmakers want to accelerate an investigation into the state's Department of Child Services (DCS). One lawmaker is also calling for systemic changes within the department. FOX 10 Investigator Justin Lum reports.
