Man accused in road rage shooting that killed innocent woman

Jesus Dousten, 33, is accused of killing a woman in a road rage shooting Saturday in Glendale. Police say Dousten was arguing with another driver when he opened fire, hitting the innocent woman who was in a different car with her toddler.
