DPS finishes food delivery after driver's arrest

Officials with the Arizona Department of Public Safety released a video that shows a trooper finishing a driver's food delivery, after the driver was arrested on an outstanding warrant. Officials say the food wasn't under arrest, so it was the right thing to do.
