Tempe grandmother accused of child abuse dies in custody

The circumstances surrounding the death of 55-year-old Virginia Lujan haven't been released, but her lawyers say she suffered a heart attack in jail. Lujan was accused of playing a role in keeping her granddaughter locked inside a makeshift cage. Lujan and the girl's mother, were arrested earlier this year.
