'Charismatic' murder suspect charged with first-degree pre-meditated murder

Police said the accused killer, Matthew Dieringer is mentally disturbed and homeless and had been living with the 67-year-old victim for three months after meeting at a church homeless outreach event. The victim had been looking for ways to get Dieringer out of his home, according to court documents.
