Fiery light rail, tractor trailer crash sends flames into the air

The Phoenix Fire Department says flames shot nearly 30 feet into the air when a light rail and tractor trailer collided in Phoenix on Sunday night. Capt. Todd Keller provides details on the crash that happened near 18th and Washington streets.
