Man claims self-defense in deadly Phoenix shooting

Police say Edward Sanchez shot and killed Gabriel Soto Hernandez on Sept. 21 near 51st Avenue and McDowell Road. Sanchez reportedly admitted to being involved in the shooting, but claims it was self-defense.
