Suspect badly hurt in shooting involving Phoenix PD

A shooting involving Phoenix Police officers broke out near downtown on Friday, Oct. 10. No officers were injured, police said, and a suspect has life-threatening injuries. FOX 10's Taylor Wirtz has the details.
