Suspect charged with manslaughter believed to have fled to Germany

Philip Green, who is accused of fatally shooting his friend in Flagstaff, is believed to have fled to Frankfurt, Germany ahead of an upcoming trial. FOX 10's Lindsey Ragas reports.
