Cold case suspect arrested after man in Mexico recognized alleged killer

Eight years after a deadly stabbing in North Phoenix, Phoenix police announced the arrest of the alleged killer, who was recognized by a man in Mexico. FOX 10's Ashlie Rodriguez reports.
