Silent Witness, CenturyLink partner up to combat copper theft

A spike in copper thefts prompted a partnership between Silent Witness and CenturyLink, as stealing precious metal can impact 911 services and endanger the lives of everyday people. FOX 10's Taylor Wirtz reports.
