SNAP recipients forced to rely on nonprofit ahead of government shutdown

Members who receive meals at a Phoenix nonprofit said they will be relying on them heavily as Nov. 1 approaches— a date when cuts to SNAP benefits are possible due to the government shutdown. FOX 10's Lindsey Ragas has more.
