ICE agents involved in north Phoenix shooting on I-17

Department of Homeland Security released new details about an early morning shooting involving ICE agents on I-17 in north Phoenix. They attempted to stop a man identified as Jose Garcia-Sorto, who is reportedly an illegal immigrant from Honduras.
