Palo Verde nuclear plant testing sirens on Dec. 4

Residents of the West Valley should be aware that the Palo Verde Nuclear Generating Station will be testing its emergency sirens on Dec. 4. The sirens will be audible to anyone within a 10-mile radius of the facility.
