ICE raids begin in New Orleans, Minneapolis

The Department of Homeland Security is touting "Operation Catahoula Crunch," saying they've arrested dozens of illegal immigrants in just 24 hours on the ground in New Orleans. But their presence is also creating tension. FOX's Mike Tobin reports.
