Cleaverman: New Downtown Phoenix steakhouse opens

A new hotspot in Downtown Phoenix is now open. Cleaverman Steakhouse is at the former Hooter's location at the Arizona Center, and people familiar with the Hooter's won't recognize the place at all. FOX 10's Desiree Fluellen has more.
