Event celebrates foster and adoptive families in the midst of AZ's foster crisis

Arizona continues to be in a foster care crisis with 18,000 kids waiting in the system to be adopted by a family. Despite the dismal numbers, Sunday was a day to celebrate foster and adoptive families here in the valley.
