1 found dead in fire in empty building in Phoenix

PHOENIX (AP) - Authorities say Phoenix firefighters found a body inside a vacant building that was on fire. Phoenix fire officials say the blaze occurred late Sunday night near 24th Street and Washington inside a property that used to be a bank.
