Suspect hospitalized following shooting involving US Marshals

PHOENIX (FOX 10) - Phoenix police say a suspect has been hospitalized following an officer-involved shooting involving the U.S. Marshals violent offenders task force. According to Phoenix police, the shooting happened at an apartment complex near 19th?Avenue and Dunlap. The suspect was a fugitive and fired shots at law enforcement before officers returned fire, striking the suspect.
