Cosmetology students celebrate as "Blow-Dry Freedom Bill" takes effect as Arizona law

On Friday, Arizona Governor Doug Ducey took part in a ceremonial signing of S.B 1401, otherwise known as the "Blow-Dry Freedom Bill". FOX 10's Danielle Miller reports.
