Suspected terrorist released from jail

A judge has ordered 18-year-old Ismail Hamad to be placed on house arrest and get an electronic monitor until his trial begins in 2020. Investigators say he was shot after pulling a knife on a Maricopa County Sheriff's deputy in January.
