Old Town Scottsdale packed after Arizona Governor Doug Ducey lifts some COVID-19 restrictions

Old Town Scottsdale was packed for the first Friday night since Gov. Ducey relaxed some COVID-19 restrictions. People in the area say they have seen a big change in the crowds in recent days, as well as the number of people wearing masks.
