Secret refurbishment of Arizona gas chamber sparks debate

The gas chamber was last used in 1999, and was reportedly refurbished in a bit to restart execution of prisoners. News of the refurbishment has sparked debates over the method of execution. FOX 10's Brian Webb reports.
