No citations issued after truck ends up on top of sports car in North Phoenix

The owner of a sports car is wondering why no one was cited, after a truck's tire narrowly missed driving over the headrest of his car during a Phoenix-area crash on Saturday. FOX 10's Steve Nielsen reports.
