Kristi Noem says life along border has improved amid immigration enforcement uptick

DHS Secretary Kristi Noem paid a visit to Nogales, a place along the Arizona-Mexico border, defending the wall and claiming that life for those has improved. FOX 10's Steve Nielsen reports from the border.
